Limits of Liability:

• $1,000,000 each claim
• $2,000,000 individual insured annual aggregate
• $10,000,000 total policy aggregate all insured

Retentions (Deductibles):

• $1000 - Life, Fixed Annuities
• $500 - Salesperson Professional Liability
• $250 - General Liability

Overview:

AgentPAC provides insurance for both the cost of legal defense and claims settlements (judgments). Coverage is provided for errors or omissions during the rendering of, or failure to render, professional services. This includes (but is not limited to) activities related to the sale, attempted sale or servicing of life insurance, fixed annuities and UFirst products (Money Merge Account, Bizpack, etc.). General Liability insurance is provided for the operation of your home based business (UFirst Alliance agency).

Retroactive Date:

Prior acts are provided to the date at which you began continuously purchasing insurance coverage. Coverage for prior acts does increase annual premiums by $25.

Eligibility:

UFirst Alliance agents who complete the application favorably are eligible for the AgentPAC program.
